frequently asked questions

After a verbal contact has been made by The Eagle professionals, a conformational e-mail with the following would be sent to you:
  1. Guest name
  2. Hotel to be booked
  3. No. of adults and children traveling
  4. No. of rooms required
  5. Check in-check out dates
The mail will have a confirmation number that will be used for all your further communications with The Eagle for that particular travel assignment.
A few hotels accept bookings without an advance payment.
According to your preference, you can choose to pay either The Eagle or directly the booked hotel.
After the booking has been confirmed by you, you can choose to pay by any of the following modes:
  1. Credit Card
  2. Cash
  3. Cheque
Your credit card details are required as a guarantee by the hotel in case of a no show or late cancellation. In case of a no-show or late cancellation the hotel would charge (generally the equivalent to one night's stay) your card.
As the credit card details are only needed for guarantee purposes, you can pay at the hotel using the payment method of your choice.
After receipt of payment a confirmation e-mail with your confirmation number will be sent to you. You are welcome to check the status of your reservation with the hotel directly.
When you arrive at the booked hotel, you can contact the Concierge desk directly.
The Eagle does not charge you a cancellation fee. The Eagle does its best to negotiate the best deals with the hotel for the client. The cancellation/re-scheduling charges by the hotel will be mentioned in your confirmation email and are payable directly to the hotel.
The check-in and check-out times vary with each hotel. These details will be included in the confirmation booking email sent to you.
